To join this offer, simply purchase an Ultra Pack from any redONE partner or redONE prepaid dealer and subscribe to one of redONE’s Mobile Internet plans. - I have an active redFAST30 plan. When will the new price apply?
Your redFAST30 plan will remain at the current price until your subscription automatically renews, at which point the new price will take effect.
Terms and Conditions
- The NEW redONE Prepaid Plan is valid for sales from 22 February 2024.
- The new Ultra pack price is RM5.
- Existing customers are not allowed to switch to the new Ultra plan.
- The RM5 and 1GB activation bonus will be credited within 10 minutes after the customers have successfully registered and received the Activation SMS.
- The redONE Prepaid data and calls services are available for utilization throughout Malaysia during the stipulated validity period.
- Unlimited voice calls among redONE Prepaid users is subject to our Fair Use Policy, which may be implemented if the user exceeds 1,000 minutes a month. The complete Fair Use Policy can be found on https://www.redonemobile.com.my/en/fair-use-policy/
- redONE reserves the right to amend, cancel and/or modify any redONE Ultra T&Cs at any time without any prior notice. Any decisions made by redONE shall be final and no further correspondence shall be entertained. Changes shall be posted on redONE’s website redonemobile.com.my
